About Patricia Molloy

This brand was founded by Patricia Molloy, a former Jewellery & Objects graduate of the National College of Art and Design (NCAD). Working from her Dublin-based workshop, Patricia creates contemporary fine jewellery inspired by Irish wildlife, language, and the natural environment.

Her collection, ‘Fiadh’, was originally developed as part of her degree show. The collection explores Irish wildlife through a contemporary jewellery lens, with each piece hand-carved in wax before being cast in silver and finished with stone-set eyes. The process combines traditional craft techniques with a modern and distinctive approach to jewellery design.

The central aim of the project was to explore a new visual language for Irish jeweller, one that moves beyond the traditional Celtic motifs that have historically been associated with Irish jewellery. Patricia identified an opportunity to incorporate elements of Irish language, wildlife, and nature into contemporary jewellery, creating pieces that reflect a modern sense of Irish identity while remaining rooted in the country's natural and cultural heritage.

The development of ‘Fiadh’ has continued to influence Patricia’s creative practice, inspiring new collections, designs, and projects as she continues to explore contemporary interpretations of Irish identity through jewellery.
